Performance Marketing Manager — Atlanta, GA
Weezie is looking for a performance marketing manager to own paid marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for overseeing performance across a variety of channels, working with cross functional teams to support growth, and setting and managing budget allocation. You’re a results-oriented marketer with demonstrated experience managing an internal team and/or paid advertising agencies. You are highly analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance among your core competencies. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find new opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving and growing company. This position will report to the CEO.
What you’ll do:
- Drive and execute strategy for all direct revenue-driving channels including: paid social, paid search, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliates, native, and display.
- Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations.
- Define and analyze customer cohorts and insights to improve holistic growth strategy.
- Work cross-functionally to own testing pipeline and strategy, both internally with our Creative team to produce assets and with outside partners on testing new channels.
- Define and own performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for these KPIs.
- Responsible for optimizing and maintaining SEO.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience

- You have startup experience managing significant annual growth and testing, building and scaling different acquisition channels

Weezie is looking for an analytical and strategic Demand & Supply Planner who will be responsible for demand forecasting, executing purchase orders, and managing our supply chain. You’ll work cross-functionally, collaborating with the production facility, 3rd party logistics provider, freight providers, product development and finance teams, and more. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels and creating and executing purchasing plans based on current and forecasted demand. This role requires an obsession for detail, a passion for process and an analytical mindset. What you'll do:
- Develop and manage accurate forecast models for all physical products (existing and new) inclusive of packaging and embroidery supplies while taking into consideration seasonality, promotions, etc.
- Utilize demand forecasts to protect and manage against stockouts, taking into consideration different fulfillment locations, lead times, shipping times, etc.

Receive freight quotes and book shipments of goods, determining which products need to be air shipped versus ocean shipped and optimizing for both cost and efficiency at all times

You will be responsible for planning, testing, execution and QA of all changes to our online consumer experience and backend business systems, including our website, third party integrations, and internal tools. What you'll do:
- Contribute to product strategy and vision, develop roadmaps and drive product development from conceptualization to design, development, testing, implementation, and beyond for all digital products and internal business systems.
- Maintain the product and feature roadmap and spec out new initiatives (including writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both consumer facing features and backend functionality).
- Work in conjunction with Engineering, Creative, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to continually create engaging and compelling user experiences while ensuring that feature launches are prioritized and implemented on schedule and within budget.
- Analyze user behavior across the entire site and develop hypotheses for A/B testing and optimizing browsing and shopping experience.

Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of digital product experience, including technical integrations, in an e-commerce environment. Prior startup experience highly preferred.

- You possess an understanding of data architecture and UX design principles.
- An effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to the appropriate stakeholders
